Minor Maintenance Issues: A wonky chair on the sofa and a broken toilet seat lid were the only small blemishes in an otherwise pleasant stay.

My recent stay at a 4-bed house in Birmingham was absolutely fantastic. The house was spacious and tidy, providing more than enough room for our group of eight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. We were also pleasantly surprised to find towels, cutlery, and glasses provided, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, having access to a dishwasher and a washing machine, for a small extra charge, was a great bonus.

Although the surrounding area of the property appeared slightly rough, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with only minor broken items like a wonky chair on the sofa and a broken toilet seat lid, which didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

The house was a perfect size for our needs, nice and clean. the location was ideal for our work in the City Centre, with a reasonable commute time.

This place is mind-blowing! The house was super clean and tidy, and the space was jaw-droppingly spacious for all 8 of us. The 24-hour security gave us a sense of safety, and the no pets allowed policy ensured cleanliness. this place exceeded our expectations and was an amazing experience!
